Refund Policy

Quote Fees

• Quotes can be refunded only if they haven’t been delivered yet.
• Once a quote is sent, it’s non-refundable.

Work Orders

• Work orders can be canceled with 48 hours’ notice for a refund (minus transaction fees).
• Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a partial refund or cancellation fee.

Transaction Fees

• All refunds have a 3% processing fee deducted to cover transaction costs.
