What made me start using this company is an email came through our brokerage about being a preferred vendor and I quickly looked them up. I always like to support businesses that support us and I quickly realized I'm going to like this company.

The best way I could describe TheQwikFix is quick, "Q-W-I-K," quick, professional, on time. Listen, I spend so much time calling random contractors asking for a quick estimate and obviously I don't get through to a lot of them or I get prices ranging from super cheap to super expensive. So, it's amazing to have a software that allows me to upload the request for repairs along with the inspection report and I get a beautiful full report back to me. It's amazing.

Again, one of my favorite things about TheQwikFix is their professionalism, their PDF reports that get mailed directly to you. I showed it to my client who was extremely impressed. And it just adds value to my buyer when I'm representing them.

It's a big deal purchasing a property and for us to have peace of mind or at last an indication on where and how much these repairs would cost - it also gives me a little bit more negotiation power to go to the listing agent and seller to say hey listen, we've done our due diligence, here's an estimate repair cost, hook us up.

Again, do I recommend TheQwikFix, oh, YES, 100% yes. Will I continue using them? YES. Anyway, if you go there, tell them Big Mac sent you!
