How do I get a quote? Simply create an account using the ‘Sign Up’ button, this will lead you to your dashboard where you are able to click ‘Request a Quote’. From there upload your inspection report along with repair request. Your quote will be delivered in 24 hours or less.

What can I expect in my quote? You will get an itemized list of the repairs to be completed broken down individually by labor and material cost. You can see a sample quote on the pricing page.

When will I have my quote? We will have your quote back to you in 24 hours, often times much sooner!

How are the contractors TheQwikFix works with vetted? TheQwikFix confirms that the contractors in our network are licensed through the State Licensing Board which includes the contractor having a background check run before receiving the license. We confirm the license is still in good standing then we review the insurance and bonding for the contractor to make sure it is up to date.

What areas do you service? We are expanding to new areas almost weekly so the easiest way to know for sure is to request a quote. If we are not in your area the system will let you know.

How does payment for the services work? We accept check, card or can even send the invoice to the escrow firm for payment at closing.

What if I don’t have a repair request? If you only have an inspection report we ask that you please provide us a list of the items you would like quoted from the report.

How are prices determined? We constantly monitor market pricing for all sorts of labor categories and charge accordingly. We also provide transparency by listing the material costs separately so you have a clear understanding of what you are paying for on your job.

Will I need to meet with various contractors so they can provide a quote? No. Typically we can provide an accurate estimate based on the inspection report and repair request. No hassle of scheduling contractors to provide estimates.

How will the quote be delivered? You will get an email notification that your quote is available along with a link to login to review it in your dashboard.

How does scheduling and coordinating the repairs work? TheQwikFix will work with you and the contractor to schedule the job and coordinate the details.

How much does it cost? Quotes are $59.95 and when you, or a quote participant, approves a quote then your next quote is free!

Can I change my quote if I need more services or decide I need less? Yes, you can make the request right in the platform under “request an edit.” Once the edit is completed a new quote will be delivered along with an email notice telling you it is ready.

What types of things do you fix? Any problem your residence has to the property itself. We have all sorts of contractors ready and willing to Qwikly fix any jobs you request.

How long is the quote good for? The quote remains firm and binding for 60 days. After that please just reach out to us for an extension - the quote will only change if there has been a notable change in pricing since the quote was originally delivered.
