A: We constantly monitor market pricing for all sorts of labor categories and charge accordingly. We also provide transparency by listing the material costs separately so you have a clear understanding of what you are paying for on your job.

Q: How long has QwikFix been around?

A: Although the company was born in 2019, the expertise of the founder in real estate, remodeling and home repair has been growing for over 15 years.

Q: Who are your ideal customers?

A: Anyone with a list of things that need to be fixed in their home but we often work with home sellers and agents to Qwikly get these jobs done so deals can be closed.

Q: What areas do you service?

A: We are expanding to new areas almost weekly so the easiest way to know for sure is to request a quote. If we are not in your area the system will let you know.

Q: How are the contractors QwikFix works with vetted?

A: QwikFix confirms that the contractors in our network are licensed through the State of California Licensing Board which includes the contractor having a background check run before receiving the license. We confirm the license is still in good standing then we review insurance and bonding for the contractor to make sure it is up to date. This takes the work out of the hands of the client/user.

Q: Do I have to pay to get a quote?

A: No, there is no cost for QwikFix to prepare a quote which will be returned in less than 24 hours in most cases.

Q: How do I get a quote?

A: Simply create an account using the [Sign Up] button, this will lead you to your dashboard where you are able to click [Request a Quote]. From there you can upload the Inspection report and repair request. Your quote will be delivered in 24 hours or less.

Q: How will the quote be delivered?

A: You will get an email notification that your quote is available along with a link to login to review it.

Q: Can I change my quote if I need more services or decide I need less?

A: Yes, you can make the request right in the platform under "request an edit." Once the edit is completed the new quote will be delivered along with an email notice telling you it is ready.

Q: How does scheduling and coordinating the repairs work?

A: QwikFix will work with the client/user and the contractor to schedule the job and coordinate the details.

Q: How does payment for the services work?

A: Once the tasks are all complete QwikFix will send the invoice to the escrow firm for payment at closing.
